Description

Manual, hands-on techniques will be applied to the head, neck, and face. You will be fully clothed, sitting or lying down during this session. This treatment helps ease tension in the structures that produce the voice and can be beneficial for those with a vocally demanding job (e.g., teachers, fitness instructors, performers, etc.), that experience a tired voice, or that are maintaining vocal health and wellness. Some may find this helpful in relieving symptoms of TMJ dysfunction, chronic headaches, neck or face discomfort, and other disorders of the head, neck, and throat. This service can be used for vocal injury prevention or recovery with or without concurring voice therapy. This 75 minute session includes the option for 15 minutes of facial cupping and massage.
