Neck releases using hands, yoga blocks, MFR balls, and a yoga strap. We work into the SCM and platysma, levator scapulae, sub occipitals, and masseters/cheeks.

30 minutes of MFR for the hips using MFR or tennis balls. Glute max, glute med/min, and TFL targets.
