VOICE, SPEECH, OR SWALLOW EVALUATION
AND THERAPY

A comprehensive voice, speech, or swallowing evaluation includes detailed review of symptoms and case history, visual examination of the mouth, neck, and throat, and perceptual measurements of voice or speech or clinical trials of food and drink (swallow eval only). These evaluations typically last between 60 and 90 minutes. At the end of the evaluation we will discuss preliminary results and recommendations, including therapy frequency and duration.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE FOR VOICE AND THROAT

Manual, hands-on techniques will be applied to the head, neck, and face. You will be fully clothed, sitting or lying down during this session. This treatment helps ease tension in the structures that produce the voice and can be beneficial for those who:

have a vocally demanding job (e.g., teachers, fitness instructors, performers, etc.)
experience a tired voice
are maintaining vocal health and wellness
experience TMJ issues, headaches, or neck pain and stiffness
are interested in working through stagnation or energetic blockages

This service can be used for vocal injury prevention or recovery with or without concurring voice therapy.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs on the specific day, and when appropriate, this offering may also include channeled messages and intuitive guidance.

60 minutes of an individualized yoga class designed specifically to meet your needs. Options include slow flow, vinyasa, yin, and restorative. Classes include breath work and meditation. Hands on assists provided if desired and consent given by student.

ENERGY WORK

Spend 60 minutes receiving the benefits of Reiki. Can be done lying down or seated, locally as well as distant. Reiki is completed with hands off or light touch on a fully clothed person. You might feel light sensations in the body during the session.
