Our Intention

Our intention with this retreat is to nourish your physical, mental, and energetic bodies in all ways possible. Over the course of the weekend, you will be treated to 5+ hours of yoga classes, as well as meditation, breath work, energy work, locally sourced nutrient dense meals, teas and specialty drinks made with on-site herbs and flowers, and connection with community and nature.
