Service Description
A private yoga session in the styles of beginner, gentle, yin, or restorative. The first session will involve 10 minutes in the beginning to discuss your goals and expectations, as well as any health or medical concerns. Hands-on and energetic assists available at request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50.
